Creating Customer Persona

Upon completion of research, my team and I identified 4 user personas. As the project has a tight turnaround – we split up the work to meet the workshop deadline.

I’ve been allocated the ‘Digital Native’ persona to create. The research has identified that this segment is likely to be young female professionals in their mid-twenties.

NB: Personas are developed directly from ethnographic research. You can get creative with the form and layout, but there are basic elements to include in your persona profile.
