Concept Poster Development

Experience design centers on the development of user experiences related to how users engage with products, services, and in environments. When designing for experiences, it’s asking yourself what you can design based on how users behave and what they need. Knowing what users value and need come from ethnographic research which you completed in Task 3.
Using user insights to spark new ideas for products and services, I focused on concept posters. Concept posters help you to quickly visualize your ideas and their key components about how they’ll work. They also serve as a communication tool to capture and share the essence of your idea.
